Right click on Desktop -> New -> Shortcut

Type at “type the location of the item”

shutdown -s -t -0

Next

Type Name: Shutdown

Finish

Right Click on Shutdown Button -> Propertise -> Tab Shortcut -> Change icon

Change the icon you like
